Our Team

Reach Out Support Co was founded by Marcia in early 2021. Marcia started Reach Out Support Co because she wanted to ensure clients receive the help and commitment from a Company that has their goals, choices and achievements at heart.

Marcia has a Diploma of Community Services, specialising in Mental Health and has completed a Diploma of Counselling in 2025, as well as extensive training and seminars in Support Coordination.

Marcia commenced working in the Community Services field in 2014 and has held a variety of roles, including Support Coordinator, Support Worker, and Emergency Relief Coordinator for the Logan District as well as Administration roles.

Marcia is extremely passionate about the NDIS process and ensuring she provides her clients with honest and trustworthy advice and assistance. Marcia is a bright and caring personality who builds an instant rapport with her clients. She is always compassionate to her clients’ needs.

Jess is a very motivated, studious, caring and inspiring person.

Jess has just completed Grade 12 and was the school captain.

Jess has completed a Diploma of Business and will be commencing her psychology degree in 2026. 

Jess is so excited to start her career working in the Disability sector with Reach Out Support Co.
